One-on-one Training Program
One-on-One training is offered via Skype or FaceTime.
Program includes personalized worksheets and activites.
Programs include 4- 45 minute sessions in each package.
Mental training topics are introduced during sessions and then applied during the week.
Sessions are adjusted weekly to fit the needs of the athlete.
Sessions are custom designed for each athlete.
A detailed gameplan is created at the start of every athlete's program.
Periodic emails and updates are provided to the parents.
Unlimited text and email communication with the Mental Coach.
