One-on-one Training Program

  • One-on-One training is offered via Skype or FaceTime.

  • Program includes personalized worksheets and activites. 

  • Programs include 4- 45 minute sessions in each package.  

  • Mental training topics are introduced during sessions and then applied during the week. 

  • Sessions are adjusted weekly to fit the needs of the athlete.

  • Sessions are custom designed for each athlete.

  • A detailed gameplan is created at the start of every athlete's program.

  • Periodic emails and updates are provided to the parents.

  • Unlimited text and email communication with the Mental Coach.
